After meeting Mark Booth, National Sales Manager for VR-12 at the Tuffy Dealer meeting in Orlando, Florida, I decided to purchase 4 cases of the VR-12.

After talking with Mark, I felt that he was really focused on helping me build my business. Mark took the time to ask questions, and listen to what I had to say about the way we conduct business at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center of Jonesville.

I made it very clear to Mark that WE (The Can-Do Crew of Tuffy Jonesville) would only offer products to our customers that we KNOW will help them keep their vehicle running well.

When we received the VR-12 at our store the first thing I did was let my Team test it. Each Team member received a bottle of the VR-12. After a week or so my team started writing on the work orders “Coolant a little low recommend VR-12″.

My Store Manager Mike and Service Consultant Nick had already been very trained on the benefits of the VR-12. We have POS items in our waiting lounge for our customers to read.

When we are suggesting the VR-12 to our customers we have two bottles in our hands. One we hand to the customer so they can see it and feel it. While we are letting the customer know about the VR-12 we are holding the other.

I am proud to offer the VR-12 product to my customers. I believe in this product and use it in my open wheel modified that we race. The VR-12 product is used by ARCA (Automobile Racing Club of America).
